online bookings must be paid in full. we require 24 hours notice of cancelations or full amount will be charged. No show you will be charged full amount. Please be aware of your booking time, this is your start time for the room, So arrive 5-10 mins before booking time please. Late arrival will be taken off your event time due to next customers booking time
